Were you one of the sweepstakes winners?

I'm scentless for the third day in a row but I should be fully healthy tomorrow.

The Smell of Freedom by Lush

You gotta love those kooky titles for the Lush scents. This one, strangely, reminds me of Lauder's Private Collection just a bit less floral and potent. This is **totally** not my type of scent.

Since last night - after a fresh, clean shave...and a nice splash of Original Vintage After Shave Lotion.

Vintage Perry Ellis for Men Original (1985) - incredible stuff from the famous 'signature' box with the squat splash bottle, decanted.

Truly wonderful composition of great quality...cheers,

SotD: Gucci pour Homme, the Tom Ford era version. Must score a back-up bottle of this.

SotE: YSL Pour Homme Haute Concentration. I really wanted the classic YSL Pour Homme scent, which is a real powerhouse in vintage formulation. Instead it's a little like classic YSL Pour Homme watered down, with a heavy, fake citrus scent thrown over the top, featuring distinctly Kouros-like pee notes. In the background I can hear the vintage formulation playing, like an echo-y jukebox in a distant, empty room. I might grow to like it, but I really need the vintage version.
