Inexpensive pure orange scents?

Hey fellas, I've got a few fragrances with dominate orange notes, but was wondering if anyone could recommend a really pure orange fragrance?

I should add I've been curious about Royall Mandarin.

TERRe de hermes

Concentre d'orange vert by Hermes is the most realistic orange scent i've found. Not particularly cheap but worth it IMO.

Clinique Happy Men

Yes. Concentre d' Orange Vert by Hermes is the best orange scent I've smelled.

The purest orange based scent, and is relatively cheap, is Concentrée d'Orange Verte, a realistic orange juice frag

ST Dupont Essence Pure Ice.
YSL Pour Homme Haute Concentration, however somewhat mixed with very little tobacco.
Concentre d'Orange Verte, however it is ot quite cheap.

Hermes Orange Vert isn't cheap, (though you can get it for 100, though a small one for 50), but i believe in quality over quantity.

Oranges and Lemons say the Bells of St. Clements by Heeley. Not really cheap, but if you go for cheap and orange, you end up with something that smells like powdered drink mix.

Ehhhh, not a good suggestion....he asked for cheap so suggesting "hey it's not cheap but whatever" is just strange...

Check out Orange Sanguine and as others have said the Hermes. They'll do you fine.

+1. I own this one, but often forget about it. Incredible inexpensive orange fragrance. Only drawback is that I find the longevity somewhat lacking.

There are dozens of good - great orange fragrances out there, but this is the best in the lower cost bracket, which is arbitrary - and different for each person I suppose.

Among the other higher priced orange fragrances, these are good:

Hermes TdH
Atelier Orange Sanguine
Chanel Allure Homme Sport
Hermes Eau d'Orange Verte

Hermes is the greenest most authentic orangey smell. Clinique is really happy, turbo oranges. Atelier is like grown up sensible oranges.

Honoré des Prés - Honoré's Trip is a very good orange fragrance

Orange Sanguine

Dr.Beckmann "Stain Slayer" stain removal product is pure orange to the point of being offensive. Funks up the whole room if i use it

If there is one fragrance you take away from this thread, it should be Orange Sanguine by Atelier. I own it and enjoy it. It's a very intense orange note with not a lot else in there if I recall correctly.

If you get it, get in on a split or decant from a board (Facebook or here). I got 30mL for $15 plus shipping.

There's no orange there (nor tobacco).

Check out Ted Lapidus Altamir. Nicely done orange blossom for about $35.00 for 100 ml. One of the best cheapie deals in the collection.

I've always liked Clinique Happy

It's not the cheapest, but for $50 you can get 30 ml of Orange Sanguine. On my skin longevity is dismal, so it's unwearable but it's the single best orange scent I have ever smelled. Instantly brightens me up, fantastic.

For an orange themed scent, albeit very woody/earthy, I'd recommend Terre D'Hermes. However, it's not pure orange, and the woodiness in the drydown sort of overwhelms everything to the point that you can't exactly pin point the orange note specifically in the air, or so I've been told.

I'm a big fan of Happy for men. It's extremely linear, but it's good and simple. Excellent for a day at the office, or an after gym scent.

+1 on Happy or men by Clinique.

Atelier Orange Sanguine is my favourite pure orange.
Doesnt get any better than Orange Sanguine in my opinion, but I'm still searching. Longevity is a beast compared to most citruses and I've tried a lot! Not exactly cheap, but its worth it. $155 for a 6.7oz bottle plus free 1oz bottle of your choice from their line of fragrances. Thats a 75 dollar value.

Boss Orange and Varvatos Artesian

Orange by Novaya Zaria is just pure Orange.
I got the set of 4 citrics from this house (Orange, Grapefruit. Bergamot and Lemon) and they smell just the real thing, and they are inexpensive.
it is in ebay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/ORANGE-NOVAY...item20c29f78fa

It beats the hell out of Hermes' Eau d'Orange verte (which I own too) as pure orange scent, although I recognize Hermes' is a better perfume, it is complex and sophisticated while Novaya Zaria is just pure Orange.

Bigelow Apothecaries also offer a couple of good orange scents.

Royall Mandarin on the other hand is a total mess, I ended up giving it away.

Totally disagree. The "Citric" set of Novaya Zaria are a very good representation of the real fruit, and they are dirty cheap.

+1 Orange Sanguine, it transforms you into a freshly-squeezed orange juice.

What about Banana Republic M? I believe they have re-released it.
Pretty orangey; not sure about longevity though, it's been a while since I tried it.

Read the REST of my post...It isn't cheap, but my experience with orange is that all cheap frags smell like Tang orange drink...If you are going to waste your money on cheap, you won't be happy...BTW Hermes is $80 so it isn't exactly chump change.
Just eat an orange. It's inexpensive, you get vitamin C, and smell like real-deal orange.

Atlier Orange Sanguine is the perfect example of something that smells like orange.
Acqua di Parma Arancia di Capri is a close 2nd but with peach added at heart.
