Oh, c'mon, this is one of most lovely Guerlain creations... The drydown has a slightly powdery vanilla, which I love... Very delicate... A citrus raspberry sorbet enhanced with a extremely...
This fragrance is the kitchen-sink of men's retro fragrances.
Top Notes:
Aldehydes, Aniseed, Basil, Bergamot, Galbanum, Caraway, Lavender, Sage, Juniper...
A very well blended vanilla, high quality stuff, with hints of orchid and dark chocolat, sometimes it reminds me of Hypnotic Poison Eau Sensuelle, in the drydown. Must try! I really like it!
I recently discovered this beauty and I immediately fell in love with it. Omg what a gorgeous smell... It's very like the original, but this is sweeter, creamier, and more intense... The benzoin...
Basically, your typical grapefruit citrus eau de cologne opening with a mineral earthy peppery background, like most of Hermes' designer fragrances. This one is half of that typical Hermes...

Was glad to get my hands on this one again.
the last time i check on ebay, the bottle of Patou PH similar to your is going for $900 - $1300 :/
Yohji Homme is another gem that i'm happy to have as well, glad to hear it will be back in production soon
Patchouli 24 Vintage by Le Labo - dark juice before it was recently reformulated. Lots more rubber and smoke.
Orris by Tauer Perfumes - Discontinued Andy Tauer. I have the smallest sample spary of this a basenoter friend passed on. He always wears it New Years Eve. Since I don't have very much of it, I only wear it once a year on that day until I have no more.
Soir d'Orient by MPG - This was a limited edition small batch released in Dubai. A few thousand bottles ever existed. I own one with about an ounce left in the bottle.
Santalum Vintage by Profumum - The dark, oily before it went all soft.
A bottle of vintage Captain Molyneux. This fragrance was unique and was completely destroyed by a reformulation. I have better perfumes, but this one is unique.
I've got more than a few vintage/discontinued/HTF ones, so it's really difficult to talk about a few without talking of the others. I really enjoyed wearing Salvador the other day, for example (Dali's second "masculine" scent), but before that I would not have ranked it nearly as high on my favorites list (great handling of the galbanum note). I picked up a bottle of "cheapo" Wild Spice by Coty a couple weeks ago and was so impressed I put London for Men by Burberry on my swap list; l thought WS did a much better job at the same general idea. Then there is vintage Rumba, which is a huge "dirty" incense fragrance; it makes just about all niche look pitiful by contrast (IMO obviously). However, you can still get 100 ml bottles on ebay very reasonably (don't blame me if you get the Lapidus reformulation, though, as some sellers seem to be sneaky about this!).
That's true vintage Captain Molyneux is unique and a must have for a collector!

You beat me to it as that was going to be on my list as well. Absolutely amazing smelling stuff in its vintage form for sure.
While there are way too many to mention, a handful of others in my collection I treasure are:
Cuiron
Patou pour Homme Privé
Cravache (vintage)
Giorgio for Men (vintage)
Yellow Sea
