Rancé ~ Help with their older perfumes ?

Hoping someone can shed some light here.
I have a small bottle of extrait called " Le feu du Vésuve ". It's in a very simple box in red gold and black,(simple harlequin style design). There is no mention of the amount of perfume or the concentration. I am assuming it's extrait because of it's strength and the size of bottle which looks like 15 ml.The only thing written on the box is the name of the perfume, and (on the bottom of the box) the words....
Rancé
Milano
LIC. U.T.I.F. MI 88
MADE IN ITALY
REF.939
It's excellent stuff ~ seems very high quality and with a fantastic fond similar to L'Heure Bleue extrait, but with a mandarine note.

My guess is that it's not that old. Most of the very old stuff was produced in France before the production facilities of the house were moved to Italy.

Thanks hednic, I guess that the 88 on the bottom of the box was the year of production ?....
This extrait equals the very best of Caron/Guerlain, (feels like really high quality raw materials).
