Cristalle Chanel EDT (1974) is wearable by men?

Hi,

I bought four bottles of Chanel Cristalle EDT (1974), because the price was a bargain.

Do you think that's wearable by men?

Belonging to the floral-chypre olfactive group, I think this is a unisex scent.

The juice is wonderful and I will stay with one bottle for my collection.

I want to sell the others, anyone knows the right price?

I find green chypres perfect for men, and in fact I do wear them, including Cristalle. I like the fact that they are both somewhat fresh and clean, and have an underlying mossiness.

It is one of my moms scents she wears, so I'd say no just out of association...but if it works for you, great.

Personally for me, when I tried it awhile back, I intially liked it on the first few sprays and then thought it would be great for me, but after settling for a bit, I just did not like it 'on me' at all. On someone else, yes I guess, but not for me. I think I was in a 'green , fresh' phase and was looking for something. Maybe like someone mentinoed, it reminded them of their mother...

I think it's fine for men to wear. I wear Chanel No 19, but don't personally care for Cristalle.
