It is a draw between:

Acqua di parma colonia
Eau d'Hadrien EDP

Eau sauvage is also very good, but it is too simple and doesn't last as long.

I like several, but ones that stand out to me are:

Eau d'Hadrien (EDT or EDP, very similar)
Original Vetiver
Orange Sanguine (for orange dominant citrus)
Neroli Portofino (for, surprise surprise, neroli dominant citrus).

issue...

One exception I've run across...
Xerjoff Nio...smelled awesome citrus hanging in
5-6 hours after application

I agree, particularly on the basis of it as a citrus, simply because all other "citrus frags" that I have tried really just have the citrus notes on the top. Edition Blanche, for me at least, manages to keep the citrus all the way into the drydown. Though it is relegated to background work at that point it is still decisively there for me. I have yet to wear something else capable of such a feat... though I should note I have yet to try Concentre Orange Verte.

If longevity is an important factor (as it is for me), vetivers are often the better citrus fragrances, e.g. Creed Original Vetiver, Guerlain Vetiver.

Although many I adore such as OV and MI contain a citrus, its not what I think to be citrus prominent such as Eau D'Hadrien and the like. However, as long as it contains a citrus, I suppose its fair game. Here are some that I enjoy

Tangerine Vert
Central Park
Nouveau Bowery
