is the AG eau d'hadrien EDP or EDT the one with the longer longevity and is there an eau d'hadrien body cream for men. i saw the womens but no men. i adore the scent and figure layering will help with the longevity issue. HELP!!

The edp lasts longer (predictably) but the current version is not as long lasting as the one from a few years ago. IFRA restrictions on some of the ingredients (like oakmoss) are probably to blame.

There is an Absolue for men (square bottle) that has good longevity if you can find it. I wonder if that is pre-reformulation, though? I did see a tester of the Absolue at Nordstrom a few months ago.

I've only seen one body cream, but I could be wrong.

I have the vintage EDP and EDT, and the EDP lasts longer. I would love to buy this absolue version, though. Does anyone know where to find it online? Please help.

From what I've seen the Absolue *is* the EDP. http://www.annickgoutal.com/en/perfu...d+hadrien.html

And to the OP, since Goutal's fragrances are the same whether they're in the feminine bottle or the masculine bottle, I'd have to think the body cream is also only one scent -- it just gets sold in the women's department wherever you saw it.

edit: If you go to that same link you'll see that the Annick Goutal company lists that body cream under Men's. So layer away!

Totally agree

Also have both and the EDP lasts much longer on my skin than the EDT.

So at least, the edp does what it's supposed to do

I have only ever used edt and my oily skin gives it good longevity.

With new(er) regulatory limits on citral, limonene, and oakmoss, I don't see how this fragrance can last very long, even with layering.
