I'm from White Plains, which is actually just north of the city. It's a 28 minute express train ride right into Grand Central Terminal. Where are the rest of you from?

i live in buffalo for the school year, but originally from irvington, new york, which is appx. 40 min north from nyc by train, 10 min west of white plains by car. i live literally 5 min south from the tappan zee

I live just 18 miles due west in northern NJ but love to haunt the hallowed halls of Bergies, Barneys, Bendels & the boys at Aedes...to name just a few favorites.

Hi I'm from the Island. I keep trying to get my mother to come sniff with me. I figure that would give me twice as much skin to work with. But she just looks at me as if I've gone mad.

Lets be honest here I am a Texas girl and this is a New York group, but there were no other groups I was interested in and I have close family that lives in Brooklyn and I visit the NJ-NY area regularly.

I was born on E. 17th St. in Manhattan, grew up in a suburb, went to college and grad school on the UWS, work at Rockefeller Center and live in the Bronx. I'm what you'd call a professional New Yorker. If anyone wants to come to Midtown to pick up samples some morning, I'd be happy to meet up. Just drop me a line.

Hello Sujaan and anyone else who has signed up for this group!

I would LOVE to go sniffing with someone. I'm also interested in trading samples or decants. My collection of bottles is small, but I have over 60 sample vials (I'm a Luckyscent addict) and would love to have someone to talk about them. I avoid department stores and above all Sephora (unless I'm looking to try something mainstream--they are quite generous with samples). I prefer niche perfumeries.

Anyone want to join me?
