Hey bbBD, I'm Dan, where do you practice? I am in California now, practiced in New York for about a year before I made the move. I do Plaintiff PI and about 40% of the practice is business litigation Plaintiff and Defendant.

Just did a depo and wore Givenchy Gentleman, very appropriate fragrance.

I'm in Southern California but am transitioning my law practice way down.

I'm currently doing contract employment work. Previous gigs include clerking, civil litigation, and criminal trial work and appeals. After 16 years of practicing law, stick a fork in me, I'm just about done.

We do 50% plaintiff PI and 50% business litigation; small boutique firm including myself and another gentleman.

Just joined the group. I practice in the Boston area, self-employed. My practice concentrates in Plaintiff's PI and special education litigation.

Regarding fragrances, I think the best frag to wear if you want to intimidate the other side in a depo or trial is, without a doubt, Van Cleef & Arpels Pour Homme . This struck me the other day when I was trying a case and wearing the stuff.

As for feminine scents, it's really hard for me to say. Here in Massachusetts, hardly any lawyers wear perfume at all. I'll have to ask my wife her thoughts...
