The name Bois de Portugal suggests a woody-orange scent, but that is not the case with Creed's Bois de Portugal. I see it as the opposite of everything I usually associate with the term "Portugal".
Orange citrus? None. Light and translucent? No, rich and luxurious to the point of heaviness.
The wood notes are well done but brief. Essentially this seems to me to be an amber-oriented scent, done in the typical opulent Creed style. A style which I can understand but not appreciate.
I wonder how others find this, and if anyone thinks it really is a "Portugal" style scent.
