Default Frag for a black tie wedding

I am going to a very top notch wedding next month and am in a quandry as to which of my frags I should wear. Can you guys check out my wardrobe and make some suggestions? I am leaning toward BDP or C&S 88.

Could you give us some more info, please!

Indoor or outdoor wedding?, what time of day?(ex. daytime, evening, night..)

Next month would be the spring, I'd go with:

Egoiste, Santal Noble or Amouage Silver (if its in the evening or night)

GIT if this earlier in the day.

Not a big fan of GIT but it might work for you. BTW, first thing that came to my mind was Rive Gauche.

I'm thinking PdN - New York or Acqua di Parma - Colonia. BdP would of course work mahvelously, especially in the cooler weather.

I like Bois du Portugal for those situations. You'll smell classy and black tie-ish.

I would also suggest a lighter Tea for Two or maybe Geir??

I've never been but there are lots of classy smells out there...

    Good luck with the hunt!

I'm a huge fan of No.88, but would still avoid it. Something more cheerful and not quite so loud would be better. Somehow people around me doesn't appreciate this gem of a fragrance. How sad.

    New York is perfect.

If it's not too warm, I'd go for
    Lutens Chene or Rochas Lui.
For a very warm day I'd preferAcqua di Parma or Creed Royal water.

I did find my PDN New York and once again am amazed at how good this stuff is. This, BDP, Lutens' Chene or perhaps Agatha Brown Imperial Jade Emperor are among those I am now considering. Thanks, guys!

I'd either go with Kiton Napoli, or Imperial Jade Emporer, with a lean toward Emporer. It has those sparkling top notes and seques into a nice tonka base. Napoli might be a little bit too sporty, but it seems like something that might work well in the climate.

    1. Baldessarini (concentrée version, if handy)
    2. Davidoff Zino
    3. Bois du Portugal
    4. GIT (for day time)
    5. Michael Kors
    6. YSL M7
    7. Gucci Envy

I would either go with Kiton Men or Havana. They're great in warm weather and match formal attire perfectly.

If the wedding is indoors on a warm day, I wouldn't recommend BdP or No. 88, because I think they are both a little heavy to wear inside on a warm day. *From your wardrobe, I would choose Chanel Egoiste, which is formal enough for a black tie wedding, but light enough to wear inside on a warm day. *
