Puig wins seven Fifi awards in Spain
At the Spanish Fifi awards ceremony, held at the Joy Eslava theater in Madrid last night, the top honors in the selective category went to Euphoria by Calvin Klein (Coty) for best women's fragrance and Dior Homme (LVMH) for best men's. Barcelona-based group Puig made a clean sweep of the mass market category, taking all three prizes (best fragrance, packaging and communication) with its women's fragrance Imagina by Agatha Ruiz de la Prada and all three for best men's product with Antonio by Antonio Banderas. Other Fifis were presented to Jésus del Pozo in Black (Perfumes y Diseño) for best selective women's packaging, Black XS by Paco Rabanne (Puig) for best selective men's communication, and Hypnôse by Lancôme (L’Oréal) for best selective women's communication.
Another highlight of the evening was the announcement of the founding of the Spanish Academia del Perfume, to start operations in early April. It will organize all future Fifi awards in addition to pursuing other activities in the world of fragrance.

Black XS is nice and a bit too woody/mint to be girly! Great summer night fragrance!
Antonio Bandera's fragrances sucks... Mainly Diavolo... Cheap smelling to the extreme...
