Default Tumulte Pour Homme - anyone try this one yet?

I love cedar and was wondering about this one. Has anyone experienced this fragrance? As far as I can tell there isn't a listing or any reviews for this one on Basenotes so any help would be appreciated. Does it have anything other than cedar in it? Great bottle design...

Here is a review done by basenotes moderator Marlen Harrison on the NowSmellThis blog. Hope this helps.

I`d say it`s a Gucci Rush for men plus extra Incense in it.

OK, I`m agree that Tumulte is better take of the cedar theme then Rush - with incensey top and heart note...

After Marlen's brilliant writeup on Tumulte, waiting any longer was not an option. I ordered a 100 ml bottle from Strawberrynet and received it Wednesday night this week.

A thing of beauty is a joy forever. The bottle is as stunning as the juice it houses. Rush pales by comparison. An amalgam of four families of cedarwood, a liberal helping of Somali incense coupled with lesser notes of juniper, ginger, geranium, patchouli, sandalwood, eucalyptus and myrrh.

Delicious as the day is long, soft as a caress of warm sand and sunlight in a forest clearing amidst coniferous and resinous woods. A "tumultuous" interplay of cold and warm elements.

No screaming here, no begging to be noticed from across the room. Lovely and personal, deep and comforting.

A keeper and a most welcome change from chocolate and caramel and vanilla and benzoin and.......
