    Default Are these colognes dangerous?

While searching for a specific fragrance, I happened across this webpage:
    http://www.ewg.org/reports/skindeep2...amp;sort=score

Has anyone else ever found this? Specific men's fragrances are listed in order, according to their level of "risk". (Women's are also listed.)

yeah that site was brought up in another thread about a month or 2 ago. some were saying how the methods were questionable, some disagreed, some said that everything in the world gives you cancer so don't worry about it, and some disagreed with that, etc.

Yes, those fragrances are very dangerous so DO NOT use them. They gave me all kinds of cancer. I'm fine now though.

We're all gonna die someday anyway. Best to go out smelling wonderful. ;D ;D ;D

The only things I own on that list are:

    #51 - Brut cologne
    #71 - Brut aftershave lotion
#120 Angel Men EDT... but I only own a sample vial and haven't even tried it yet! LOL!!!
#151 Davidoff Cool Water EDT... and it appears again at #155 and #162... ooookay there...

Looks like I'll have to find some other ways to die... either that, or I'm gonna live to a hundred years smelling amazing. ;D ;D
    No longer offering decants. Sorry!

Yes in fact they might be potentially dangerous. I am conducting research on the toxic and cancer causing agents used in perfumery. This type of research requires a large amount of data to increase its validity. Please if you all can help by sending me all your bottles of fragrance I would appreciate it. I'm not doing this for myself its for the good of humanity.

Their risk analyses are junk. If that work was done for a 9th grade science paper it would deserve an F.

I'm picturing my death certificate saying:

    Cause of Death: Old Spice

I completely ignore these kinds of things. After a while, everything one eats, drinks, wears or smells is dangerous. But meanwhile, people are living longer than ever.

    I love this...

    195. Kouros Eau de Toilette Natural Spray *Cologne 0.8 *

Out of a list of two hundred, Kouros was fifth "safest." (Or 195 unsafest. So much for scientific method)

    So there.

    Neener, Neener, Neeeeee-ner.

Never mind all the hurricanes that have been ravaging my state lately, plus a possible bird flu pandemic that's coming our way, now i've gotta worry about that toxic bottle of DRAKKAR NOIR that i've been spritzing myself with!!!
Are you not entertained??? Is this not why you are here??
