It hasn't been mentioned yet so I'll chime in with Paco XS. You have to love that Zippo lighter concept.

The worst bottle by far has to be Abercrombie & Fitch Fierce. :-/

I like Guerlain's classic bottles. Simple, minimalistic and gives a good grip.

But if you're talking about beauty,
    Dior Homme
Givenchy Pi(especially the one with blue juice, Fraiche. There's a green coloured one on the market)
    L'instant de Guerlain pour Homme
    Guerlain Imperiale
    Guerlain Vetiver(new)
    Burberry Brit for Men

Bvlgari Black - never even tried the scent (though I plan to) but love the bottle
    Givenchy Pi
Dunhill 2003 - Not all that revolutionary (for lack of better word) like the other two, but classy and the lid has a nice solid heft to it

I also nominate The Different Company's bottle; it just oozes class!

On the other hand, I just can't imagine how anyone can nominate Opium EDP with all that cheap looking plastic :-?
The scent however, is just pure bliss.

I like the house bottles. Guerlain, Annick Goutal, Comptoir Sud Pacifique. But the best of all is Aqua di Parma's big bottle. Simple and elegant. Very nice!

I'm thinking the 4.25 oz OLD SPICE bottle.

When you take your wet Reeboks out of the washing machine, nothing helps them to hold their shape while drying like slipping an OLD SPICE bottle in each shoe.

I don't think there are too many Martha Stewarts around here who have access to OLD SPICE bottles...

Honorable Mention: GUERLAIN VETIVER. One of the cats knocked bottle off dresser. A lot of perfume containers would have shattered. To quote W.C. Fields: Who hasn't experienced the tragedy of a broken bottle? But VETIVER was unfazed. And it is clear glass - easy to know when it time to re-order. Side profile of bottle is pretty cool - cantilevered slabs of glass.

I like the simple bottles of Dyptique too. I also like Marc Jacobs for its simple lines and the heavy feel in the hand it has.

    My Top 5 would be...

    2. Nemo by Cacharel
    3. Pasha by Cartier
    4. Boucheron pour Homme
    5. Kenzo Air

I love plain, apothecary style bottles:
    My favorites:
    Helmut Lang
    Serge Lutens Bell Jars
But, I'm also in love with Guerlain's beauties. The Norrell bottle is also pretty good.
Here's a photo I took of some of them:

Any Penhaligon's bottle but especially the one's for Blenheim Bouquet and Hammam Bouquet. The understated elegance of these bottles is staggering. I also quite like the elegant simplicity of the 250/500/1000ml Creed bottles, especially the 250ml one since it seems to be the most balanced version.

    Narciso Rodriguez
    YSL Rive Gauche
    Hermes Bel Ami
    L'eau d'Issey Bleu

guess I'm a fan of the traditional, or the conservative; I like the Creed 2.5oz bottles far more than the 4oz. Even the caps that some people have said are cheap... I like the bevelled aspect to the edges.

the Santa Maria Novella bottles are gorgeous, also. Those labels!

my all time favorite, though, for intrinsic as well as nostalgic reasons, would have to be the Acqua di Parma Colonia. just doesn't get any more classic than that, I'd say.

Givenchy - red/ Blue label bottle- thing looks like a door handle of a Jag
Nemo- Y shaped bottle- who came up with that?
    Jaipur - EDP bottle
Terra D' Hermes- nice twist on the sprayer

The Hugh Parsons bottles are very nice and have a nice hefty, solid metal cap that snaps on very snugly. HP bottles are similar to Creed bottles.

I also like Penhalgons bottle style, and the cap is clever, but I wish it were real glass. I love the colors in the Douro ribbon and label. I'd love a tie like that!

Dior Homme and Terre d'Hermes can't go without mention as well.
    Lately I've been wearing:
Windsor, Bois de Santal, Original Santal, Elixir, Douro, Endymion, Reflection, Arcus, Marwah

As far as I know the idea for that bottle came from a sculptor.

I don't really like that scent but Diesel Zero Plus has a very interesting bottle.

The Regina Harris perfume oils, have beautiful bottles:

    Also, Black Amber

I also like Profumum, FM, By Kilian (also the stunning case!) bottles, along with the Dior Cologne bottles and the Tom Ford 250ml Jars. Le Labo is somewhat appealing too

I enjoy any bottles that are simple. Classic rectangular & square shapes

I also like the Serge Lutens bell jars, L'Artisan newer style bottles (not the ugly old ones)
