    Default "Powdery" fragances?

    Hi,

I happen to like the new Dior Homme, which I've read described as "powdery", a term I had never heard before. Can you tell me of other fragances that fall into this category?

    Thanks a lot.

If you favour fragrances reminiscent of an Edwardian barber shop, Crown Imperial has an exquisite powdery drydown.

Villoresi Teinte de Neige and Helmut Lang EDC are the two most powdery fragrances I've ever tried.

Dare I recommend Tabac Original? And Royal Copenhagen? Powdery and soft with aldehydes.

Yes, I agree. However, I do not get any powder in either Blu Pour Homme or Monsieur de Givenchy. Some other scents that turn real powdery on me include Yerbamate from Lorenzo Villoresi, Fair Play by Cerruti, and Rive Gauche PH from YSL.

Lorenzo Villoresi's Yerbamate is also very powdery, the only green powdery scent I know.

Nothing more powdery in the world, in my opinion, than Lagerfeld Classic.

I'm not partial to powdery myself but I make an exception for Agatha Brown Conquest. If sophisticated and powdery can be found in one scent, this is it.
