    Default Aprege Pour Homme

Today I traveled all the way to Bloomingdale's who is launching Aprege for men in their store.

The scent is wow! Everything I wanted it to be and MORE! I am I dreaming...If so don't wake me up! After countless disappointments from prior launches this year this one strikes the iron.

The scent is very rich very very enveloping almost it wears you. I got a fresh citrus note in the first spray that disappeared to complete sweet honey woody notes melting into vanilla and tonka beans. I swear I smell semi sweet dark chocolate in there too. I really did not see it being like Burberry Touch in any other then maybe the musk notes.

The bottle is very modern and reminds me of a solar eclipse. I am just sad they didn't place at least the logo on the top of the cap like an inlaid :'( The logo is just as classic as the bottle and the name Arpege. On rant is the cap does not stay on very well... >

I bought a large spray right on the spot! This will be my fall 2005 scent.

    Sounds very enticing!

Might as well go over to Von Maur tomorrow to see if they have it and sample it (after all, they do have Lanvin L'Homme)...

This is great stuff! Struck me as a pepper scent, though, which made it all the livelier. *It isn't the scratchy/itchy pepper either. *

What's funny about it is that I was concerned it might be too straitlaced and somehow nervous, but it is not.

Kind of hard to find at the moment. *Not on major release, but well worth seeking out.
