Go to the mall or Macy's/Nordstroms/Sephora/etc. and try these out:

John Varvatos--kind of "burned sweetness" mixed with leather and mmm mmm good
Thierry Mugler Cologne---clean, citric, soapy, and real good
Chic for men---sweet but spicy with a little bit of fruitiness
Calvin Klein Truth---clean and sexy with a touch of "green"
Armani Black Code---girls love it although it reminds me too much of licorice
Azzaro Visit---fresh, woody, spicy, sometimes "piney" on my skin but still excellent

If you like the Pi then check out Dolce & Gabbana By Man and Boucheron Jaipur.

Both similar but at the same time different enough to make it worthwhile acquiring them.
