Vetiver The Great!!!
Chanel Antaeus...............a king of scents!
The mighty Eau Sauvage.
Funny how something made in the sixties is so much better than all the hyper-conceptual, fancy schmancy-pyramid launches of today...
L'Ombre dans L'Eau.
A sample decant of Citrus Bigarrade by Creed - can't say I'm too enamoured with this one. [smiley=sad.gif]

Aramis 900 for the second day in a row.
Just because it happened to you doesn't make it interesting.
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.

One Man Show today.
Truefitt & Hill 1805 - reminds me of Issey...or more accurately, Issey resembles this. I think I like this better, though not as much as Inis.
Every once in a while I have to right the ship after slogging my way through Liquid Art's 27-sample vetiver collection. For this reason my SOTD is Vetiver by Guerlain EDT. IMHO others have come close, but no one has actually surpassed this amazing fragrance.
Duc de Vervin
Etro - Messe de Minuit
All these moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.
Creed Neroli Sauvage - perfect on this sunny day
Bond No 9 West Broadway - from a sample, the fragrance is nice but the drydown smells cheap
Bond No. 9, Riverside Drive. Also from sample. I quite like this one! May be my second Bond purchase this year.

Sampling L'artisan's Le Chasse aux Papillons extreme, which is the EDP version. It's lovely! Soft florals that aren't really much more than just soft florals usually aren't me, but this is fantastic! Not too sweet, bursting with loveliness and character. It lacks boldness and exotic flavor that I usually favor, but it's enchantingly full and deep with just a hint of spice. I will say though, extreme? wha? If this is the extreme, then I can tell the original is definitely not for me! As it is, if I buy this, it will probably be one where an extra spritz or two is in order!
Btw, I am dwelling in sample heaven right now! I love lusciouscargo and theperfumeshoppe!

I'm going with the lovely Chanel Pour Monsieur today. I'm bathing in it to see if I can get it to last a while.

Very fresh burst of grapefruit and I believe I detected tarragon or some green herbal in the topnote . I can see how you could wear L.J. to the office several times a week . It is a great everyday scent and I purchased it blind based on the reviews on basenotes community.
Very pleased to add it to the rotation.
