Default What's your one "unsung hero"/"sleeper" fragrance?

What would you consider your one fragrance in your wardrobe that hardly gets talked about here on basenotes, but you love?

For me it has to be Creed's Royal Delight. I don't remember seeing too many discussions about it here but it never fails to get a compliment any time I wear it. It's also probably the longest lasting Creed I have next to BdP. Great scent ... my number 1 sleeper.

(A close second would have to be Damien Bash's "Sin". Smells similar to Australian Gold's tanning lotion)

    What about yours ?

It used to get a lot of press on the old Yahoo board but I rarely see any mention of it anymore:

    Casran - Chopard

    Definitely a fave.

L'Occitane Lavande. It smells so complex when it's only made from alcohol, water and lavender oil!

Great question. I love frags that are little discussed but I think are wonderful.

There are more, but for now, I'd say Open by R & G, Iceberg Twice and Caron PH. And Worth PH.

I like Tempore (Laura Biagiotti) quite a lot - it is absolutely a "normal" scent but never discussed here......

Actually it was my signature scent for a while.

I live pretty close to a Colgate production/factory and often there is a smell of something very close to Tempore in the air.

    Guerlain Heritage.

I got it in a swap and love it each time I wear it. I got some nice compliments on it.

I see it mostly on people's swap lists but don't see it discussed very often here.

Gucci Rush - many people dislike it but I think it's excellent.

I rarely see Guerlain Derby discussed, perhaps because it's so hard to find. It's well worth the search.
