    Default Shalimar Eau Legere/Light

I've just bought a bottle of Shalimar Eau legere parfumee (sorry I
can't do the accents!!) unseen in TKMaxx. It is fabulous and just perfect
for the summer months ahead. I've just noticed on Basenotes that
there is also a Shalimar Light and was wondering if any of you had tried
both of these lighter versions and how they compare. Thanks.

They are the same, the only difference is the language.

Amazingly, if you turn the box around, the name changes from French to English!

PS. Yes, it is quite good, isn't it?

Well I wore this today and it is just perfect for this weather! (80 degrees, slightly humid but not overly so.) So edible . . absolutely love this scent. I find it calming too, like often I wear it when I take a nap and it just relaxes me.

I too find Shalimar Eau Legere (Light) surprisingly luscious and lovely. My husband always comments favorably when I wear it too. I guess it was meant to be a limited edition. Had I known that I might have tried to stay away. I hate getting attached to something that is slated to leave so quickly. It's on the back burner, but I will get another, larger size of it to stock-up before it completely goes away.

So did/do i think. But it seems that it is a Summer version. In Denmark it seems to be relaunched every spring.. 8-)
