Italian fragrance manufacturer ITF is launching a new women's fragrance under its Roberto Cavalli license this September. The juice, called Serpentine and composed by Jacques Cavallier of Firmenich, is built around notes of mango flower combined with mandarin, tiare flower and amber.
The packaging and bottle were both designed by the Roberto Cavalli Company with designer Serge Mansau. The bottle, decorated with a snake motif, a symbol of the couturier's fashion, is topped with a golden cap. We have created a [deluxe bottle] to correspond to the luxury universe of Roberto Cavalli's couture, ITF marketing manager Laura Chiari explains.
The EdP comes in 30ml (43), 50ml (59) and 100ml (80) formats and will launch in Italy, Germany and Austria in September, to be followed in October through May 2006 in Cavalli's international markets.
Ancillaries to the fragrance include a shower and bath gel (200ml: 28), a body lotion (200ml: 33), a fragranced body cream (200ml: 65) and a 100ml deodorant (26).
The press campaign, shot by duo Mert and Marcus, will be applied on a market-to-market basis.
