Good morning all! It's all fog and pea soup out there, so it's Keiko Mercheri's Loukhoum today. Beo safe, and enjoy the day

Besides, it's been so cold, I can't smell much, plus most of my co-workers are away.......

    ;D

How are you getting along with the Big K? I chickened out on my first test drive but must try it again when I feel brave enough.

Isn't it a truism that the more we dislike a scent, the longer it seems to last? Well, Kouros doesn't seem as powerful and overwhelming on my skin as, say, Platinum ƒgo•ste. I've actually worn it to bed a few times, and I've been fascinated by it: it's certainly an antidote to all those warm, cozy orientals I tend to favor.

I layered Parfum Sacre and L'Artisan Vanilia together. For the first five minutes I was wondering if I'd made a huge mistake, it was smelling kind of sharp. But no, after a little while I noticed this delicious, complex vanilla scent wafting up from my wrist!

Who is it who asked, "Why are the pretty ones always insane"?

Is this the Kouros in the white bottle? I sampled a Kouros in a white bottle this past weekend and, while I cannot recall it's character or notes right now, I actually nearly swooned -- I really liked it!

That's even better than quoting Lauren Bacall! :-*

YES!! I should have known a woman who appreciates Yatagan wouldn't turn up her nose at Kouros! It's totally different than Yatagan, of course, but just as uncompromising.

Lysa's (Dragonfly Blue) Chocolate Truffle "Orleans" oil today. Craving chocolate that I can wear on my wrists and not on my thighs. Deeelicious!! ;D

P.S. Started out with a few squirts of Laura Mercier's L'Heure Magique and Michel Germain's Sexual. Sniffed from the bottle, Sexual could quickly become a "has been" or "never was," but once applied, oh my. Quite impressive.

    Have a good evening, JAG
