Default Women's role not the same around the world

According to the link below, Givenchy's new fragrance will have to go through a name change for those countries where referencing an angel or demon is unacceptable due to religious beliefs. That's an interesting reflection of the diversity of culture and the variety of images we women find desirable or offensive for ourselves. What sells in Peoria will insult the gods elsewhere.

Yes, taking the top of the head as point of reference, women in the northern hemisphere roll counter-clockwise. Women in the southern hemisphere, however, roll the opposite direction: clockwise. Thus, to keep your share of the covers, one should always sleep to the left of a woman in the US or Norway, but to the right side of women in Australia and South Africa.

Of interest, women on the equator don't roll at all. It's too damn hot.

Stoooooooopid! (renaming, I mean) Imagine how much those few remaining bottles with the origiinal name would cost in this market segment! And all this "money for nothing and the chicks...." spent on promotion! I like the original name though, something along the lines of Mon Peche, Opium and Addict. Why don't they just rename the forthcoming Forbidden Fruit?

*Khm khm* I went to school in Peoria's back yard -- Bloomington-Normal.

Okay, smarty pants, I noticed within 30 seconds after I posted that I had typed "roll" instead of "role" in the subject line.

Maybe nobody else thought I was funny--but boy, I sure did. I was just cracking myself up...I'm still giggling when I read it. Whew, the heat, the awesome relief of being back home...I'm just giddy. Obnoxious, but giddy!

The heat must have you dehydrated and delirious. Hydrate! Make that a hydrate on the rocks.
