Default I'll tell you what Gendarme's good for...

Yesterday I wore about 6 sprays of Bond New Haarlem. I received no complaints, but I just about choked myself!

So, with a fragrance hangover, Gendarme is my choice today. Perfect!!! It's light, non-obtrusive, and smells pretty nice. After the overload, I am relieved to not reek.

And from now on, 3 shots of New Haarlem will be the rule! It's always a challenge figuring out proper "dosage". I think 3 sprays is a good gourmand rule of thumb.

I sometimes overspray 'till my eyes tear up and my throat muscles contract, but it's all part of the experience!
Are you not entertained??? Is this not why you are here??

Chuck, I did the same thing myself when I got my New Haarlem decant!

I had only worn it from a sample vial before, so I was used to dabbing. When I got my decant, I did a left wrist (press to right inner elbow), right wrist (left elbow), two back of the neck, and two chest sprays.

I loved it, but knew I'd messed up. I got to work and people knew when I was coming, not just went I went by.

Two is my max for New Haarlem for SURE, now.
