Absolutely agree with COL.
I tried it today for the first time--maybe my expectations were too high-- but I felt moved to write an immediate negative review on it, will probably show up in some time here on Bns.
Opening: a synthetic freshness like citrus/woods, followed by a synthetic sugary (calorie free :-P) sweetnes, like synthetic brown sugar followed by a basenote of - and this is where their so called "rain drop accord" came in play I guess, only to water down this already cheap and synthetic smelling sandalwood.

One of the best ck scents imo are Contradiction men and Calvin.
I would really like to see an improved and longer lasting version of Contradiction but I guess that would have to wait a couple of decades (just like these vintage Estee Lauder's scents currently on a revival )
Completely agree the juice is boring but the bottle is beautiful. The scent reminded me a bit of a softer Nautica Competition which is by the same house.

I'm a big fan of Obsession, Obsession Night, Eternity and the discontinued calvin.
By the way, I sampled Terre d'Hermes the other day at Sephora and it is an exact copy of Contradiction for Men.
Euphoria may be a bust-will have to try it to decide for myself. Ck has been a leader in the fragrance industry in the past. It is getting harder and harder to come up with something "original" as it's all been done for the most part with hundred of scents coming out each year. Enough is enough!
Also, without Mr. Klein at the helm of his company anymore, things sadly will probably be more generic. I will miss the pushing the boundaries ad campaigns.
I smelled CK Euphoria for men.. and no joke.. it's nothing more than rebottled "sentiment" by Escada.. smell both side by side..the comparison is striking and disappointing..

Sorry Col, couldn't resist.
I sprayed it on my hand 7 hours ago, and was unimpressed.
My ladyfriend sniffed my hand an hour later, and thought it was pretty good, but I was till unimpressed.
I was about to write how utterly unimpressed I was with this scent, but I've just sniffed my hand again:
7 hours have elapsed,
it's still going strong,
and it smells better - quite pleasant in fact.
Don't write this one off completely just yet.
I have only tried it on a card, but have to confess I quite liked it. It treads a fine line between ambery and fresh. Not mind-blowing, but enough to warrant another visit to try it on my skin.
I like Truth, and Obsession btw.
I am a fan of Truth, Eternity for Men....Obsession for Men is nice....my wife can't stand Obsession at all.
I've been looking for Euphoria but it has not shown up yet...I'm sure it will this week.
One thing for sure is this....Truth is gone....Out of here....Returned to vender. I do believe that Escape is headed in the same direction. Kind of sad....I thought that Truth for men was really nice....The only problem I saw was that goofy bottle that was always falling apart...the spray unit was always messed up for sure.
Contradiction was another nice scent...I had a Balm go bad but other than that my son and I liked this scent and thought it was nice.
The direction of fragrance in general is rather scary...or should I say boring....I've said this before and here I go again....Everybody wants those Gio Dollars....Many speak evil of this scent and that's funny because they try to reproduce it in a different bottle with a different label....and of course it doesn't work.
Well....my 2 cents worth. Gary
