Thread: l'artisan Oeillet Sauvage
is one of several samples I got, and it doesn't appear to be in the database.
am I on the cutting edge?
I just put it on it's kind of detergenty
did I say the motto of l'artisan should be :
"watered down fragrances at waterlogged prices"? ? ?
Actually I quite like it and enjoy it!
It's basically a carnation soliflore (although the carnation accord is rendered through use of pepper, ylang ylang and rose) and probably too feminine for someone who is used to masculine scents. Very young, a little powdery and very insouciant.
If you are using a little sample, yes, it's kind of weak. This needs to be sprayed and abundantly so. Only then it blooms.
If you want a very lasting carnation you should seek Bellodgia by Caron. And Floris Malmaison.(although I prefer Bellodgia)
