yesterday I received Elisabeth Barille´s book about the house of Guerlain and I have to say that I´m a little bit disapointed. Tons of (admittedly*beautifull) photos and ads but all in all just little information about the Guerlain masterpieces like Jicky, Shalimar, Samsara etc. That was what I expected to get.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a book about Guerlain, describing the Guerlain creations more detailed?

Here are a few that are listed on the French Amazon site....
I was also disapointed with the Barrille book also, it just seemed to skim the surface of the history of Guerlain. I also have the Jean-Paul Guerlain book that was given away when you bought the Guerlainade perfume a few years ago. That one is nice, but quite brief as well.
