Default Evening Frag for a Wedding Reception

I'm gonna attend a friend's wedding party next month in Florida, I was wondering what's a good evening type frag that I should wear. I was thinking of Bulgari PH. Are there any better not much more expensive frags that I should look at. I don't want anything to old and classy. Thanks.

"friend's wedding reception" = odds-on night for you to meet a girl who looks stunning. Bulgari Ph is WAY too tame and office-like. Try Gucci Envy, Geir, Himalaya, Dior Homme the list goes on and on.

Creed's Himalaya is a good one; starts off high strung and then mellows nicely.

Agreed - and I'll add Burberry Brit and Ungaro III to that list.

LOL he says "not much more expensive than Bulgari ph" and the first two name Himalaya... Maybe he should just try Paco Rabanne XS, no? *hidesunderbed*

Well anyway, I'll second Brit, Dior Homme and Envy and add Body Kouros and Lempicka au masculin.

shree420: It would be helpful to know what kind of clothes you will be wearing. It's puzzling that you don't want anything classy, as the event would maybe call for something in some way classy?

Trussardi Uomo by Trussardi; Bois de Portugal by Creed; Acier Aluminium by Creed; Havana by Aramis; JHL by Aramis; Van Cleef & Arpels Pour Homme (OLD bottle/formulation, please); Antaeus by Chanel (ditto, if possible); Givenchy Gentleman (ditto again, or at least go for H.O.T. Always by Bond No. 9 if you can't find the old); Monsieur de Givenchy; finally, Pour Monsieur by Chanel.

All of the above are appropriate choices for this kind of event -- rich, formal and timeless.

    ...it's getting better and better

Some others coming to my mind: Dolce & Gabbana pour Homme, Armani (Black) Code and YSL Opium. The latter one is quite sweet though.

I second Ungaro III but that may be too old-fashioned
    others:
    Minotaure
    Lalique's Faune
    Body Kouros
    Arpège PH
    EA Night He
all of these seem "younger" and not too "old fashioned" and not too expensive either.

Since I already have both I might just go with either Armani Code or Himalaya

go with Himalaya, its far more gentlemanly, and chances are good that someone else there will have Code on.

Ooh if you already have Himalaya I'd definitely go for that!!!

I also second the Brit & Lolita Lempicka au masculin suggestions, & will add Burberry Touch & Chanel Allure.
