Well I have the discontinued female version - which I love! I have a bottle of the masculine on my wishlist to be purchased at sometime in the future - probably in spring so I can wear it next summer.

Reviews seem to liken it to Aqua di Gio but rate it as a much better blend. So unlikely to offend anyone but unique enough to stand out in the crowd. I would snap up a bottle as it is now becoming quite hard to find - even my usual little discount havens no longer have it available.

Check out these reviews at the perfume emporium:

If you do pick up a bottle, I'd love to snag a decant off of you.

Do let us know if you do get it and what it's like either way. Happy Sniffing!

One of my worst purchases. Really atrocious. By Tumulte instead.

I got it dirt cheap. One of my best purchases.
However, clearly that ozonic note that it contains, is not to everybody's taste.

I had a topic on this one about 6 weeks ago. There were a few who liked it, a few who didn't, some on whom it lasted well, some on whom it lasted not at all.

The female version is fabulous. Reminds me of others still going very expensively (Paradise/ Beyond Paradise - I can't remember which). I can't understand why it didn't take off.

can you describe the ozonic note a little further? I am not sure what ozone smells like.

It's like ozone - that odd smell in the air after you've had lightning storm nearby.

And I'm pretty sure I've smelled it in factories - maybe near an arc welder.

That ozonic note is in about every new "fresh" scent nowadays.
It can get very synthetic and boring.

oh man I regret buying this, but luckily it was only 8 bucks for a 1.7oz bottle. It smells very synthetic, like an acqua di gio wanna be with a sickening anise-like smell.

    Oh, No!!!
I've just swapped my versace Jeans Couture for a 100ml bottle of Bazar!
Please, tell me you're wrong about the anise!

Is it similar to Kenzo air?!

it doesnt have anise in it, but some of the middle notes elemi and caraway smell kind of like anise, it's not like kenzo air. it will get cloying after a couple of minutes, I couldn't stand it so I had to rinse it off

Well, at least it's made an impression on you, in stark contrast to others who have said it was a nothing scent that disappeared after a few minutes.

Just curious, are you an Aqua di Gio fan? I'm not but seem to be a fan of all scents described by others as Aqua di Gio-like. I was wondering if Aqua di Gio fans automatically dislike scents such as this one.

    For me, emphatically yes.

Cheap, putrid and utterly bland IMO. One of the worse "fresh ozonic airy nondescript" clones.
