Thread: SOTD Wednesday, December 6th
I got Obession Night today, so I think I'm gonna go with that!!!!!!
Have a fantastic wednesday!!!
Montale - Oud Cuir D'Arabie
Hiris for the Independence Day
"Wovon man nicht lesen kann, darüber muss man schreiben."
Even though it's really not "me" and lightyears from my typical style - I'll be wearing Dior Farenheit
Serge Lutens A La Nuit.
A jasmine fragrance - thankfully, the honey, clove and musk note stay in the background but add subtle depth to the fragrance. The core emphasis is on the high quality jasmine note and if you like jasmine, this is one to try.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.

My SOTD is Eau d'Hermes. Try as I might I just cannot seem to bond with this scent, one that so many others adore. I'm afraid that it's going to have to get swapped.
Today is cold, grey, and potentially depressing here in New England, so - for a lift - I'm wearing the more affordable of my two great loves in perfumery: Patricia de Nicolai's New York.
Bel Ami - Hermes
Yeah, I just got a whiff of that the other day, and it's pretty nice - maybe I'll buy it (first CK for me).Originally Posted by Thrax
For me today: Carven Homme.
I went with Knize Ten today. We are now in the frigid, gloomy depths of winter up here in MN, so it looks like I'll be wearing 'warm' scents from here on out. Winter's a double-edged sword, I guess.
Nihil Obstat Ben
In rotation: Greenbriar (new), Silver Mountain Water, Dunhill for Men (1934), Acqua di Parma Colonia, Habit Rouge EDC, Ho Hang, B*Men, Agua Brava
"Wait...is David Bowie really God?" - Penelope Garcia
Habit Rouge - from a sample, 4 sprays is too much!
That girl, that bottle, that mattress and me.
Armani Mania, for the first time in ages.
Connotations of my ex (she bought it for me) straight away, but I love it nonetheless. It's fresh, without discernibly fresh notes, and I especially live the saffron/moss. It usually averages a fair bit longer on my skin; maybe putting in on straight after my shower had something to do with it.
Will probably put something else on for going out tonight - not sure what, though.
