Thumbs up Best Frags for office/work place

Guys what are the top frags which you can wear at work. I have gone through some basenotes awards and seen that
    Polo Blue,
    212,
    M7,
    A-Men,
    Tommy Bahama etc
are appropriate for work. Which other ones would you suggest.
    Thanks guys

There is really nothing to be said about it.

I think you misread the past Basenotes awards because there is no way that either A*Men or M7 were on the list of best office fragrances. I believe they have each one best night time fragrance, which is totally different.

PdN New York is a good office scent for something classy.
For something fresher, Live Jazz is good.

M7 Fresh for normal days, and Rive Gauche for when I'm meeting with client depts or members of the public

I have found that RL Romance/Silver work wonders in an office setting. In my opinion, there is something about the seude and pepper notes that make these two professional and warm, but they still feature a crisp quality (especially Silver) that goes over well with most noses.

Here one for you. This one smells superb and stays close to the skin so as not to be too loud and offensive in an office setting:

Good solid choices that I am familiar with.

    That Colonia Assoluta is tremendous!

Gendarme is my "go-to" scent for "close" work situations. How could it offend anyone? It smells great and is never overpowering. I'll wear it tomorrow for my Medical Staff meeting. But today, I'm rocking with GUCCI POUR HOMME!!
I couldn't swap it, so I might as well wear it.

Actually, I wear everything I have on a rotation basis and any fragrance of mine is worn at the office. But That's me and I'd suggest you "easier to the nose" scents as:
    - Davidoff Echo
    - Halston Unbound
    - Acqua di Giò
    - Kenneth Cole New York
    - Paco rabanne XS
    - Christian Lacroix Bazar
    - Van Cleef & Arpels Tsar

I agree with Gendarme, but would suggest Gendarme 20.
The extra lavender/herbal notes make it quite special.

I think Gendarme is the best I know of, because it's subtle.

Apply upon leaving your home and when you arrive at work nobody can smell a thing...It is a pity because they are both more than acceptable for office's environment.

Yikes, I'd never wear M7 or A-Men to work. To each their own but imo they're a bit strong. For work I'd rather keep it light. Some frags I wear to work: Creed Millesime Imperial, Gendarme 20, Divine L'Homme de Coeur, Bulgari PH, Thierry Mugler Cologne, Amouage Dia.
Current faves: CdG White, Amouage Dia, Millesime Imperial, Miller Harris Terre de Bois

I would suggest something which is not too loud or offensive; (I would stay away from "PowerPerfumes" like M7...)

"L´homme du Coeur" from Divine is a clear no 1; very sofisticated, a bit subdued but still very distinctive whith its iris content. Also quite unusual, which is a plus.

Otherwise Van Cleef and Arpels "Tsar" has classic sofistication (great for hot days, I think). Gendarme is very trendy, but clean and OK (too much "laundry" smell for my taste).

Guerlains "Vetiver" is a bit more daring, and if you want to "stick out" even more, go for Givenchy "Gentleman" or, for sheer masculinity, (a lot of civet in this one) Guerlain "Mouchoir de Monsieur".

    Happy hunting!

    James
