Everyone enjoy your weekend!
Beauty is an ecstasy; it is as simple as hunger.
There is really nothing to be said about it.
It is like the perfume of a rose: you can smell it and that is all.

My SOTD is Musk al Medina, one of many different attar oils available from Attar Bazaar. This is simply an amazing scent. It is my SOTD by default, for I was testing it last night and fourteen hours later it is still prominent, with a heavenly drydown. I will judiciously refresh (it is very strong!) and be good to go. This scent is very thick and dark brown, like molasses. It goes on very strong, with citrus and floral elements. After several hours the sandalwood and musk begin to assert themselves. Fourteen hours later (i.e., "now"), the drydown is still strong and fairly close to the skin, with sandalwood and musk, and I believe a touch of patchouli, prominent.
In all, this is a totally different experience from wearing your typical designer and even most niche scents. This oil is so thick and persistent, with a slow, almost imperceptible evolution. I am reminded to try the other Attar Bazaar oils that I've received, and to search out some Madini and even Montale scents/oils to try. Have a great weekend everyone!

Sorry that I couldn't post my SOTD earlier... my wireless router crapped out on me, and I had to buy a new one.
It's really quite pleasant, except for the smell (...)
