Default Blue Sugar under the Christmas Tree

Yep I received this for a gift and what a gift it is.

The scent is rich and sweet - a deep anise notes runs through the scent that reminds me of Lolita Lempicka. It is the deep sweetness of sugar cookies that cuts through almost a Gaultier2 feeling.

If it was not for the ground breakers of Amen and HM that came before this scent - I would think of it to be very female.

    Not the case.
A must have to the collection. Note I did find the tube cylinder it came in to be very cheepy.

This holiday I racked up on scents. I got Double Black, Bulgari PH Extreme, Very Irrestiable, and Fierce. But damn I want to try that blue sugar so bad...

You and me both!!! I'm glad you like it, scentimus. From your review this definitely sounds like something I'm going to like.

This is a very long lasting scent with mega sillage. If you over do it you could make yourself sick off of it.

I gave blue sugar to my dad for christmas. When he opened it he sprayed one spary to the back of his hand and filled the entire living room with scent so the sillage is huge. Also, i think this is a very girly/feminine scent. Nothing wrong with that but girly nonetheless.

I was at the store today and smelt this. It wreaks of cotton candy. I could never wear this.

Welp....I tried it tonight. It's FINALLY @ my Sephora. I was disappointed...but I was actually GLAD I didn't like it. Weird huh? Not liking it allowed me to spend that $36 toward a new pair of glasses, which I DESPERATELY need. To me, Blue Sugar smelled an awful lot like Angel, which I don't particularly care for. I'll stick w/ my Lolita Lempicka au masculin .

I tried it today at Sephora and thank the lord for the crappy plastic bottle I dropped it out of horror. Not my cup of tea.

This is exactly what I think after I smelled it it Sephora.

I was very surprised that it was a man's frangrence, especially since it was made in Italy, which isn't exactly famous for making such feminine men's scents like this.
