    Default Can someone define mimosa?

The only mimosa I know of is the combination of orange juice and champagne!

What does the plant smell like?

Default Re: Can someone define mimosa?

Mimosa to perfumers refers to Acacia or "cassie", usually Acacia farnesiana which is a thorny shrubby trees bearing sweet richly fragrant yellow flower balls. If you websearch Acacia farnesiana you can get lots of info about it.
