different concentrations for the same fragrance doesn 't just mean the same formula at different concentrations!!
usually eau de toilette don 't have the same formula as the extrait de parfum and even eau de parfum
when it comes to classic perfumes, as we all know most if not all of them have been reformulated but extraits de parfum remain the closest to the original formulas
i.e you 'll only find the rare and precious 'jasmin de Grasse' in Joy and No 5 by Chanel in their extrait de parfum version that 's replaced by a cheaper jasmine for eau de toilette and eau de parfum concentrations.
