Default Do your scents last long some days than others?

I have found that sometimes the same amount of a certain cologne will last less time on some days and on some days, it lasts longer...

    I don't know if it's the weather..or what...

For instance, I was in the rain and wind today for about 10 minutes.. I'm pretty sure thats what knocked my scent off me within 2 hours.

Yes, I've very definitely found that scents last longer some days then others. I suspect that it has to do with the moisture in the air. When the air is dry and my skin is also dryer then usual I find that scents last far less then on more humid days. Since a lot of Basenote people claim that putting lotion or oil on their skin before the fragrance application makes the fragrance last longer, I think that supports the idea.
