Trying a layering combo inspired by BrothaG: MDCI's Ambre Topkapi and Creed Tabarome Milliseme. So far, so good! Have applied them in reverse order on each wrist to see if there's a clear "top," and as of this moment my clear preference is for the Creed closest to the skin and the MDCI softly blanketing the ginger zing of the Tabarome.
Fabulous weekend, everyone!
It’s thought that people who hope too much will just waste their life away and never get down to doing any real work. They’re confusing Hope with Wish, its lazy cousin... When Wish whispers, “Something is just around the corner,” what comes or not is never what was wished for. When Hope whispers “Something is just around the corner,” something always is. -- Charlie Elberson

(Ok, I cheated, that was last night. This morning is Habanita. But I wanted to share my impulsive layering. I don't usually layer, but they worked well together, and I think I will wear them again in the future.)

I'm wearing Cuir Ottoman today.
I've trademarked the color bleu
Serge Lutens Fumerie Turque
Today I'm sampling Cartier Santos. Definitely not for the timid, but at the same time, when I'm in the mood for something this deep and potent (which admittedly is quite often), I think I'd prefer the Concentree version.
