Sark - Congrats on the Daim Blond! When you said you wanted something sexy, you meant sexy, LOL! Gorgeous choice.

So New York is a comfort scent for me, too. I really enjoy it.

how many sprays of daim blond would you recommend for good sillage/lasting power. i don't want to be wasteful or overpowering, but i also don't want to lose the scent after 10 mins . . .

Daim Blond is a skin scent, it 's not a sillage perfume but like many Lutens it starts strong to evolve soft and discreet.
what a great suede scent! the most ladylike leather perfume, a contemporary vision of Audrey Hepburn 's class and elegance.

two sprays between your breast and one or two by the nape of your head and you re all done!

interesting - so you wouldn't spray it on the inside of your wrists?

yes I would but Im not big on spraying wrists, I like cleavage, nape and the inside arms better. I think theres no rules to it, it 's very personal. if you re afraid to spray too much all at once but you still want to have a decent sillage throughout the day, discreetly reapply twice or three times, actually that 's what I usually do.
