Obviously it would not have top middle and basenotes, but be something of an olfactory moebius strip. The base as top, the middle as base, the top as middle, only that every bottle would turn out to be entirely different. Some would be filled with spring water, others with kerosene. Wearing it would massively affect other people's behavior, or would it just seem so to the wearer? The front side of the bottle would read "dream", the back "logic". Comme des Garcons Fragrances would appear like Old Spice by comparison.

    Hahaha, excellent!
You wear it for a whole day, only to find out in the evening that you actually swapped it away a week before...

It's New Haarlem, though. Damn fine coffee.

Film Noir by Ava Luxe would be a perfect scent for Mr. Lynch - dark, mysterious, industrial smelling (does it smell like a hospital? or like the inside of a gun holster?) and leaves a lasting impression

One evening you're Bill Pullman, the next day you wake up as Balthazar Getty..........

This is a great thread! The fragrance might even disappear at times, returning as something completely different. Unpredictable yet wonderful to some. An acquired taste, no doubt.

And great avatar, Ruggles. I had to go with glam rock last week too with T-Rex.

It's also so powerful it keeps elevator doors open so long it makes you uncomfortable. Talk about sillage!

Did Isabella Rossellini's mysterious night club singer Dorothy Vallins wear Kingdom? What was in Frank's gas mask?
And what about the Spice from Dune? Is it like the spice in Noir Epices?
Did I detect Tuberose Criminelle on Naomi Watts when she got out of the limo on Mulholland Drive?

The scent also gets out of its bottle at night and wanders around your house filming with a video camera while you sleep.

When you drink with it it better be Pabst Blue Ribbon in your hand too.

David Lynch directed commercials for Obsession, Gio, Opium, Tresor, Jil Sander Background, and Karl Lagerfeld's Sun Moon Stars. Have a look:
