I was looking for a 4 oz. and just about every online retailer ...discount and wholesale...including Neiman Marcus did not have Green Irish Tweed. They had it in the 8.4 oz. but it seemed wierd to me that everyone's stock was so low on this one particular frag. The best wholesaler I've ever used is theperfumespot.com and they were even out. They've always sent my brand new fresh and crisply boxed (the Creed box) Creeds.
From what I hear, Bois Du Portugal, Acier Aluminum, Vintage Tabarome, Cuir de Russie and Vetiver '48 suffer from very poor sales. Zeste Mandarin Pamplemousse also bombed when it was released. GIT didn't do well its first year of release and was met with generally poor reviews.
I would hate to see them discontinued, but thanks to GIT keeping Creed afloat, they can continue to produce those classic scents.
