Yesterday Madeline was such a joyful companion that I am wearing her again. Anybody cares to join me in Ava Luxes?

I am really looking forward to this weekend! *doing a happy dance*

Hi LiB! I'm in Gardenia Musk so yes!

I do like Madeline though - it's very gourmand, but that smokiness makes it more intriguing.

Sweet Miss Dior Cherie for me again today! I layered it with Victoria's Secret Strawberries and Champagne body butter underneath, which seemed to make it sweeter, longer laster, and even better sillage! I could smell it all day at work.

I started the day in Gres Cabochard which I haven't worn for a long time. When my brain hurts from work after lunch I'll apply some Quest as I did yesterday when it really woke me up.

I got several decants today in the mail from The Perfumed Court and I decided to try out the Chanel Bois Des Iles.

    Oh. MY. GOD.

This is the best smell I've ever smelled in my entire life. Seriously.

I'm not good at explaining notes and all that. All I can say is this is absolutely the most gorgeous scent I've ever experienced. Wow. I can't stop smelling my wrist. It's a good thing I've got a birthday coming up...I think I might actually need to shell out the big bucks for one of the humongous bottles!

Anyway, it's definitely a wintertime fragrance imho. But you didn't really need an excuse to try it sooner than later, did you?

    For the evening I've applied
    a touch of Dzing!, and
    must say, it's doing something
    incredible with Aomassaï .
    Both have exceptional lasting power,
so this will be lots and lots of fun .

I started out with Iris Ganache and later added Apres L'Ondee. These actually work well together.

Scuse me! I looked up Bois des Iles, and can't find it. Is it discontinued?
