:: Ahh, but the strawberries that's... that's where I had them. They laughed at me and made jokes but I proved beyond the shadow of a doubt and with... geometric logic... that a duplicate key to the wardroom icebox DID exist, and I'd have produced that key if they hadn't of pulled the Caine out of action. I, I, I know now they were only trying to protect some fellow officers... ::

It’s thought that people who hope too much will just waste their life away and never get down to doing any real work. They’re confusing Hope with Wish, its lazy cousin... When Wish whispers, “Something is just around the corner,” what comes or not is never what was wished for. When Hope whispers “Something is just around the corner,” something always is. -- Charlie Elberson

after my shower and shave today I decided that since I hadn't used Xeryus Rouge in a long time, i'd go with it today. but i recall the last time i wore it having longevity problems so i gave it about 6 sprays across the chest and forearms
and then dabbed the remaining little bit of my Profumum Olibanum sample on my wrists and behind my ears.
it's a heady but really fantastic mixture after the crazy amount of sweating I did at the gym this morning. the Olibanum cuts the sweetness of the Xeryus Rouge and together they create a real powerhouse - I'm getting strong tarragon, a nice bit of red pepper and a hint of floral, mixing with the ashy incense of the Olibanum.
yes it's a bit weird, but i'm really liking it.
Lalique homme Lion eau de parfum & deo stick

Been a long while since I've worn this, but it's a cool day and this is a warm, comfortable scent.

Incensi by Lorenzo Villoresi (first time from sample - thanks Matt). I'm on a roll here, with the cinnamon based scents. Just how I like it. Warm, shimmery cinnamon notes with just a slight mildewy incense peeking out from behind. Not as amazing as Spezie, but captivating nonetheless.
