Default Diddy molests woman in hallway to sell perfume

I hope the scent is better than the acting (and editing) in this video

    LOL!!!

I got a sample of it a couple of weeks ago and I still haven't sniffed it simply because I don't like him or the ads I've seen.

Smelled the strip in a magazine this weekend. I think it's going to be one of those scents you can't get away from because EVERYONE (with the exception of basenoters, perhaps) will be wearing it. And yes, the ads are ridiculous.

Is this for real? They can´t be serious. If I didn´t know better I would think this was a scam. I can´t remember last time I saw anything as amateurish

I didn't find it sexy or shocking. I did think it was BORING, I felt actual releif when it finally ended.
This Tom Ford ad for his new scent is something I found shocking/gross/skeevey ...Don't open it if you're at work!

Really, I still have no clue how the scent smells..but this ad only affirms my assumption it won't be for me regardless.

OMG - I couldn't even bear watching the whole thing. It's so incredibly awful in every respect (technically, aesthetically, the acting, the "plot"). Perhaps Diddy thinks he's the new Kubrick now and directed himself?!
So what is the perfume a rip-off of?

Ok. I gave in and finally sniffed it.
    It matches the horrible ad.

It started off an unassuming, light(boring) semi-tropical fruity-floral.
Then after about an hour it morphed into this ugly, chemically harsh, cheap men's cologne.
I never would have known that such ugliness was hiding in such a seemingly harmless, common scent. Much like an unpleasant, unexpected encounter with diddly squat coming up behind you in a hallway....

It gave me a headache & I had to wash it off.

At the end she seemed to have enjoyed something, I'm not sure what, but for the rest of the duration of the ad she didn't look too enthusiastic.

    Wink stop pretending, people

this commercial was waaayyy too long and boring!! kind of a cool concept at first and i liked how they had little snippets of various things that happened. kind of like in real life, when you think about what happened the night before, you remember some parts but not all. and you remember the weirdest most irrelevant things too. it was lacking something though, it was just not making me interested in the perfume. and selling is the whole point so, no, i didn't like it.
however, i did like the tom ford ad that TINKER424 shared the link to. no one said it was supposed to be classy. the whole concept of it is to be desperately oversexual and blunt. i think it was kind of making a joke. why does everything have to try and be classy, tasteful, and elegant when we really just want SEXiness!! its like people are always PRETENDING they have so much class. nobody is perfect and we are all human.

LOL! This is obviously the rushes before editing. Commercials these days are nothing but a series of 'set pieces' cut together to create some sort of excitement / storyline. This, one hopes, is the footage before the editing guys perform their magic nip & tuck on it.

Whatever the situation I am gloriously unaware of the hype and scent surrounding this latest Sean John release.

Yeah, seriously, who DOESN'T enjoy being sexually assaulted by a stranger? The PTSD alone would make for hours of entertaining therapy sessions!

(For the record, ZZ, it doesn't matter whether or not she "looks like she's enjoying it." She's an actress; she looks how they tell her to look. Most of the people who object to this ad in particular, and this sort of image in general, don't care whether the actress "looks like she enjoys it." It's the fact that people manufacture these fictions to perpetuate the idea of the woman who is "asking for it" or "secretly enjoys being raped." Fact: a lot of currently jailed rapists believe that their victims "secretly enjoyed" the assault, and most rape trials are focused on proving that the woman "wanted it" in some way. Images like this perpetuate that damaging idea.)

Anyway. I thought "Unforgivable Woman" sounded like a skeevy, vaguely misogynist name for a perfume. I guess the marketing team wants to take that concept all the way. You can always count on Diddy to take a bad idea and run with it.

She didn't look molested, she looked bored off her face, lol... Good god, what a cheesy a** commercial, is that what the frag smells like, sleeping gas?
The whole thing is contrived, tacky, and about as sexy as a surgeon general warning against the smell of overdressed mundanities.

That ad made no sense. Did they or didn't they? Did she initiate or did he? Too much soft focus and no plot whatsoever, maybe like the new fragrance!

I think it is sad that they have to resort to sex and playboy type ads and violent commercials and stupid scent ideas to sell scent - fragrance is a celebration of life and these idiots are tarnishing its glory.

I think the point was to cause commotion, get it banned from mtv, thus not having to pay the 20 million mtv budget, while all the mtv'ers end up going on youtube to see what all the fuss is about, and all see the ad anyways. nothing thats never been done before but still extremely effective at putting more money in diddy's pocket, which is the whole point of it in the end..

What a boring ad, i fail to see what's so controversial about it though...i'm sure we've seen worse, but it's very lame, that's for sure.
I've heard the man talking about the scent (was it in cnn?) and he said: "it's a cologne for young women, independent and hot, young, not your old gramma's old thing, someone young, fresh and hot" i swear i thought he was going to repeat "young" at least 3 more times...
