    Default Need Swimmer's shampoo recommendation

I can't wear a swim cap so I need a good swimmer's shampoo--one that neutralizes chlorine etc. Thanks.

Neutrogena clarifying shampoo was OK. Some guys I knew rinsed with vinegar (we mixed that with rubbing alchohol for drying out your ears), others said baking soda paste sort of worked on keeping the green/grey tint gone.

What worked best for me was to leave conditioner in my wet hair under the cap - that helped prevent most of the chlorine color (I have blondish hair) and texture.

I like Aveda Hair Detox for removing chlorine, but Swimmer's Hair or Neutrogena are probably cheaper.
