Thread: comme des garcons guerrilla 1
I remember when this came out people pooh poohd them both, but number 1 is a scent I would think might get some ardent love hereabouts: heavy "utlitarian" industrial soapiness of aldehydes with manly musk is the effect - very contradictory and bold, conceptually, I think, a lot like odeur 53, I think, a classic/characteristic cdg composition.
I see that now there are a number of positive reviews of this scent. Just curious how many others out there came to appreciate this one?

Love and admire it strongly. Wear it rarely. 1-2 sprays is all it takes.
It conjures up a few mental images for me when I smell it: The smell of a butcher shop. Saffron. The color pink (?).
I just picked this up recently -- I had never smelled it before. I like it a lot, though. There's something vaguely sweet, flowery-fruity in it. I'm darned if I can make out the individual notes, even when looking at a list...
Yr good bud,

Qui nihil potest sperare, desperet nihil.
Let him who can hope for nothing despair of nothing.
I guess I should try it again. The last time I tested it I just thought "So what?"
