Thread: Strange Invisible Perfume
I love the music on their website. I wish I could buy the CD.
"PERSICA" sounds very interesting. MADAGASCAN VANILLA AND CARDAMOM MESMERIZE AS THEY DEEPEN TOWARD A RHAPSODIC NUCLEUS OF YLANG YLANG AND A DOMINANT ACCORD OF PERSIAN LILAC.
PROVENANCE: THE ROBUST AND RESONANT PERFUME OF THE PERSICA LILAC, NATIVE TO IRAN.
CHARACTER: ENTICING, EXOTIC, HARMONIOUS
I had a bad experience with them.
First off, they're expensive, even ordering samples was pricey.
Second, they didn't take any care with sealing the samples they sent me...one was fully empty when it arrived, and the box (which was quite nice...packaging seems to be their top priority) was soaked in perfume oil.
Third, the sample that I did get to smell was HORRIBLE (Black Rosette). I like to think I'm pretty open minded about unusual scents..but this was just plain horrible. It wasn't even interesting enough to be intrigued, it was just bad.
Lastly, they actually called me to ask how I liked the samples...not something I was prepared for. So I told them the truth...one sample was gone when it arrived, and the other smelled like a barn. She did offer to re-send the missing bottle, but at that point I just thanked her for her interest, because I didn't want to experience any more.
My two cents.
