Default Scents with a Christmas Tree-like note?

Are there any men's or unisex scents with a Christmas Tree-like note?

I think Swiss Army Altitude has a strong piney note. So does Gucci Nobile.

    Oh, and Polo Original (Green)

The closest scent that I can think of is AA Winter Delice.

Escada Sentiment (while super light wearing) really gives me a Christmas tree feeling. I get it from Azzaro Visit, too.

Clinique puts out a Christmas scent every year called "Wrappings". You may want to try that. I don't get the "pine" in it but many people have said they do.

+1 for Pino Silvestre and Polo. Both easy to wear IMHO - just take it easy on the sprayer.

    Also:

Puig Quorum (heavyweight like Polo and PS...pass if you hate cumin)
Demeter Fraser Fir (ultra-lightweight but realistic)
Creed Epicéa (expensive and lightweight but realistic)
L'Occitane Cade After Shave (semi-expensive and light weight, realistic juniper berry/spice)
Acqua di Selva (lightweight, soapy and realistic w/herbal notes)
Versace Green Jeans (right weight, interestingly realistic/synthetic, may be hard to find)
Gucci Pour Homme (right weight, realistic cedars and incense w/spices, leather and amber)
Loves of Late: Agua Lavanda, Eau Sauvage, Gendarme, Guerlain Vetiver, Guerlain EdC Imperiale, Ivoire de Balmain, Kenzo PH, Mitsouko, Royall Lyme, Tabac Original

I know exactly what you mean. It does have a piney note that blends in with the candied red-hots quality of this scent. I always forget how nice this is.

Also, Creed Epicea is a high quality spicy pine scent. Also a bit of a hint of some kind of sweet holiday bread baking in the background. A lot of cardamom as well.

My favorite pine scent though is Comme des Garçons Incense Zagorsk. So much has been written about it--read the reviews. Should win an award for "most emotional fragrance."

Zagorsk is my favorite use of the pine note also. One of my favorite woody/incense fragrances as well. A sacred composition.

My mom thinks dad, "smells like a Christmas tree" when he wears Terre d'Hermes. I don't get Christmas tree from TdH though. Must be a skindependent reaction.

Cool Re: Scents with a Christmas Tree-like note?

    Epicea.

    btw, similar thread; http://community.basenotes.net/showthread.php?t=201205

I would not recommend Pino Sylvestre or Quorum on Christmas upon grave danger of imperelling your immortal soul.

In fact, I wouldn't recommend them anytime; but some do like it. Do yourselves a favor and if you can't sniff a sample, at least look up the reviews before buying either one.

    There. I've done one good deed . . .

    Cheers.

Expensive Christmas - Of course you can enjoy the same effects for just a few dollars, diluting essential oils (fir, pine combined with incense, or wood ) in either ethanol or some skin oil.
