Default SOTD In honor of Grant....Last Reminder Everyone

    Hello Family,

Grant's Birthday is the 26th December. This is just a suggestion but do you think we could all synch that day with the SOTD in his honor? The two fragrances in the running are:

Ormonde Man or Body Kouros. (His suggestions)

The reason why this post is so early is because it would be good if we all could be ONE on that day wearing one of the fragrances given. It will take time for everyone to read this post as well as get a hold of the chosen scent.

    UPDATE:

After thinking about it..it probably would be easier if we wore one or the other scent choices above for that day.

P.S. Grant has said that he will not read this thread...

The very best to you all.

    Otto

Body. Kouros. or regular Kouros. Or both.

I also don't have either. If it works out that I can borrow Body Kouros then I will make sure I do.

    This is a good idea.

I vote for Ormonde Man. I want to smell it and I don't like BK. BUT...if we vote on BK, I'll wear it for Grant

What a nice idea Otto - I could borrow one of these two from somebody...I've never smelled either.

Well, since my flesh crawls at the thought of Body Kouros, can somebody tell me where in the US I can find Ormonde Man?

I still have a sample of Ormonde Man (and Woman) so maybe I will wear both.

Ormonde Jayne ships a set of ten samples worldwide. Maybe a nice Christmas present?

What a sweet idea, Otto ! See my post in NearFantastica's poetry giveaway thread where I wax lyrical about the kindness and generosity of fragrance enthusists/obsessives on the web.

I'll drink some orange juice in Grant's honor on the 26th ! (orange juice = OJ? Ormonde Jayne? Geddit? See what I did there?)

UPDATE: I forgot that I have a sample of Tolu by OJ, er, Ormonde Jayne. Yay! I'll wear that AND drink orange juice!

I have a bottle of Kouros Cologne Sport and I'll hopefully find enough notes in something else I have to come close via layering.

    Body Kouros-- I'm in!

I haven't worn it in a long time-- it used to be one of my top three. I used to wear either Body Kouros or Cuiron when I would play shows. I'm looking forward to rediscovering this sweet and tender hooligan that is Body Kouros.

also wishing G a very happy birthday

What a fantastic idea. I own neither, so I will probably be drinking OJ with MiaKulpa, or I will try to snag a sample of Body Kouros from the mall. If worse comes to worse, I'll just have to spray my body with Kouros and call it a day.
