my 30s version is now very heavy oily cologne probably only base notes left (and even that old there is no off notes or signs of spoiling) and is a bit different than the 70s version, but my 70s version is very well preserve and is much better than most now days called niche frags.

Mine is a 130 ml splash bottle with a smoking pipe shaped cap, I believe it's from the 1977 or so. And yes, I agree this is a very outstanding fragrance, one of my most favourite from the whole collection.

    Well,

One that I'm proud to own by an aspiring perfumer (Chris Cullen, who has a tiny shave soap/aftershave/perfume business), is called "Confiant" by Catie's Bubbles. It's a lavender beauty. The scent has gotten some compliments. I think his scents are great.

    Does anyone own this one?
It is in the same range as Mancera Wild Fruits or a more sophisticated CK One Summer 2012 so to speak as being a floral fruity uni-sex fragrance. Bought it blind for my girlfriend who loves it.

At one point, I only purchased mini bottles and found a few discontinued scents. I've sold some, and kept some.

Not sure if any other BNers also have Tailoring for Men by Clinique.

There's something fascinating to these old Avons. I have often sampled this brand on my flea market trips, very much like I did with Yves Rocher. There's a lot of really quality stuff among them.

It's primarily barbershop lavender and geranium, on a bed of oakmoss, amber, and nitromusks. It won't blow the doors off.

Such a shame Zealot. You haven't lived until you own something so bad you can't bring yourself to part with it.

Eau de Zum by Indigo Wild. I got it years ago at Whole Foods. I think they still sell the Zum - Frankincense & Myrrh soap at Whole Foods... Not sure about the rest of the line.
My bottle of Eau de Zum is a 1 oz roll-on oil. It is a frankincense & myrrh scent that started out with a slight citrus element, perhaps orange or lemon. Not sure if the current formulation has that citrus element. In any case it's really a frankincense & myrrh frag. My bottle has deteriorated and it's nowhere as strong as it once was. I think they use all natural ingredients so they probably don't have anything there to stabilize it. I think you can still get it off the Indigo Wild webpage and Amazon. Now they seem to have other frags in the Eau de Zum line like "Sea Salt", Lavender, Lavender, and Patchouli, with Frankincense & Myrrh as another frag in the Eau de Zum line.
In rotation: YSL PH HC, Devin, Aramis 900, Halston 1-12, CdNIM, Helmut Lang Cologne, Fougere Royale, et al.
